The room was brand new and had a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini-bar fridge, the bidet was spacious, the location was fantastic, and the staff was friendly throughout the stay.

This place has beautifully decorated rooms that are just a short walk from a train station. the rooms are fully equipped and perfect for relaxing, plus you can enjoy some spa access and a nice cup of tea. There are also lots of delicious goodies available for breakfast 🥐.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the historic center. The mix of modern and ancient architecture, especially the stone spiral stairs, added a unique and charming touch. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a refreshing rain shower. The staff person at breakfast was attentive and made sure we had a pleasant experience. The minibar, although small, had some complimentary items. my girls trip was made memorable by this hotel.

The hotel was pleasant with excellent and amazing location in area that cars are restricted. Location: the venue was so close to the center, about 10 minutes by foot from the railway station and the Duomo. Street food restaurant La Proseccheria was 100 metres away from the place. My room with 2 beds was a nice size and fully-equipped

The location was incredible yet it was a couple of blocks away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. And it's walk from the train station.

I recently stayed at Palazzo Otello and had a fantastic girls trip in Vicenza. The hotel is conveniently located for Nove pottery shopping and has a mix of modern and ancient stone spiral stairs. The check-in process was quick, the rooms were spacious with 4 twin beds , and the beds were clean and comfortable. The highlight was the nice rain shower in the fabulous bathroom. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. I would definitely stay here again for a lovely few days.

While the staff was generally attentive and friendly, I would have appreciated a designated staff member available specifically to assist senior guests. This would ensure that any specific needs or concerns could be addressed promptly and with understanding.

It is also not far from the train station, which is convenient for those travelling by public transport.
